The Russian River appellation is famous for it’s cool foggy mornings and relatively moderate heat during the summer months. It’s no wonder that some of the best Chardonnay’s in the world hail from this region. This Chard combines the best use of French Oak with delicate mineral and sweet apple flavors. Any sauce or dish made with butter and white sauce would be delicious.
