Then on to our candlelit cellar where exotic pleasures await you, prepared by Chef Tim Vallery of Peloton Catering. The temptations continue with an enticing array of aphrodisiac inspired selections including oysters, lobster, filet mignon, porcini mushrooms with caviar crème fraîche, Grand Marnier crème brûlée and finally Scharffen Berger chocolate truffles.
