Wine Spectator Magazine This delicious single-vineyard Zinfandel comes from the Somers Ranch, located on the Eastern hillsides of the Dry Creek Valley. The vines are about 25 years old, planted in the Heritage tradition of old vine cuttings grafted onto young Zin vines. The resulting flavors are bright and pure with raspberries, cherries and blackberries.

This iconic property is perhaps the oldest working vineyard in the valley. Planted in the 1880’s by Italian immigrants, these low yielding vines produce fruit that is concentrated displaying very nuanced characters of raspberry, cinnamon and white pepper as well as earthy, dusty tannins.
