This honeyed, Sauternes-style wine is brilliant for its color, flavor and texture.  The palate is full of apricots, figs and hints of nutmeg and cinnamon.  The wine is rich and succulent and yet dances across the palate without being overly cloying or sweet.   A lovely dessert wine and a perfect match with foie gras.
