Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay are still America’s favorite varieties. These particular wines hail from our estate Cabernet and Chardonnay vineyards in the Dry Creek Valley and Russian River Valley respectively. Small lots from each parcel were hand selected. Produced in very small amounts, the Endeavour is our finest expression of Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine was aged for 30 months in 100% French Oak. Our DCV10 Chardonnay is whole cluster pressed for gentle extraction of the juice and aged in 100% French Oak. These wines are truly a master class in America’s most noble varieties.
