The Russian River Valley is just a few miles south of our winery. Known for world class Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, we are fortunate to own vineyards in this incredible appellation. This small production Pinot Noir is produced exclusively from a few individual parcels in our vineyard. The fruit is hand harvested and yields are kept low to maximize flavor development in each cluster. We use only the finest French Oak barrels in the production of this wine. Truly and exclusive item and one that will impress even the most finicky of connoisseurs.

The 2006 vintage of our Pinot Noir displays subtle aromatic nuances of cherry, raspberry, and toasty vanilla. On the palate, hints of white pepper and exotic earthy spices blend seamlessly with ripe stone fruits. This wine offers layers of intense raspberry, cherry, and caramel which effortlessly balance the developed tannins and bright acidity. This Pinot is sophisticated and elegant from start to finish, and shows just how good this varietal can be from California’s premier Pinot Noir region.
